How do you ensure confidentiality?
Your profile is reviewed only by NNOURA consultants. We never forward your CV to a client company without first briefing you on the role and obtaining your explicit consent. Every conversation is treated as strictly confidential.
Is there a fee for candidates?
Never. Our fees are paid entirely by client companies who mandate us to find talent. There is absolutely no cost to you at any stage of the process.
What countries do you cover?
We actively place candidates in the UK, Switzerland (AVG compliant), Luxembourg, France, Ireland, Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands. We also handle mandates in Canada and the USA upon request.
How long does the process take?
It varies. Once we identify a relevant mandate for your profile, we brief you within 48 hours. Active executive search mandates typically reach shortlist stage within 3–6 weeks. You are updated at every stage.
What level of roles do you handle?
