"I founded NNOURA LIMITED with a single conviction: that executive search, done properly, is one of the most human things in business. It is not about algorithms or mass outreach. It is about understanding people — what drives them, what they need to thrive, and where they will have the greatest impact."

Before founding NNOURA, I spent years working in specialist recruitment and talent advisory across Finance and Actuarial markets in Europe. I saw first-hand how generic approaches failed both clients and candidates — profiles that did not fit, placements that did not last, and relationships that were purely transactional.

NNOURA LIMITED was built to do the opposite. Every mandate we take is handled with deep specialism, genuine care, and the kind of rigour that only comes from truly understanding the sectors we serve. We are a team of six, and that is a deliberate choice.
